AI Pop Video ("the Platform") provides AI-powered video generation, image generation and node-based canvas creation. Generation itself is carried out through third-party model providers that the Platform integrates with.

The Platform may change the available models, parameter ranges and credit pricing at any time. Significant changes will be announced on the site in advance.

You need a valid email address to register, and you are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password secure and do not share your account with others.

We may suspend or terminate an account when we detect abnormal usage, bulk registration, or attempts to farm credits.

You may not use the Platform to generate or distribute unlawful content. This includes, but is not limited to, content involving violence, sexual material, gambling or drugs; content infringing another person's likeness, copyright or trademark; and content that impersonates someone or is used for fraud.

When you upload reference material, you must have the right to use it. Any dispute arising from the rights in uploaded material is the responsibility of the person who uploaded it.

We may remove violating content without prior notice, and we reserve the right to report it to the relevant authorities.

Provided you comply with these terms, the content you generate on the Platform is yours, and you may use it personally or commercially.

When you publish a piece to the public gallery, you grant the Platform the right to display it on the site, use it in product promotion, and allow search engines to index it. You can make a published work private again at any time.

Please note that whether AI-generated content is copyrightable differs between jurisdictions. The Platform makes no legal warranty on this point.

The Platform bills in credits. Credits do not expire.

If a generation job fails to submit, or the model returns a failure, the credits for that run are refunded in full automatically and the refund is recorded in your credit ledger.

A run that succeeds but does not match your expectations is not eligible for a refund. AI output is inherently variable, so we recommend testing with lower-cost settings first.

Purchased credit packs are generally non-refundable for cash. Contact support if you believe your situation warrants an exception.

The Platform depends on third-party model services, which may become temporarily unavailable due to upstream instability, maintenance or quota limits. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, upstream service interruption, or problems with your own network connection.

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
